Papa Joe's In New Lenox [Resolved]

Friday, March 30th at 9:00pm, I ate at Papa Joe's in New Lenox. They had a coupon printed in a flyer advertising a buy one, get one free dinner, up to a max value of $10.

We ordered one baked mostaccioli ($13) and one grilled chicken sandwich ($9). Upon receiving the bill, we were told our coupon for a buy one, get one free dinner coupon did not apply to the grilled chicken sandwich because they considered it a "lunch item."

When we requested the manager, he insisted that "we can all agree a sandwich is not dinner", and refused to take our coupon. On the same section in the menu, they offered burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, and even italian beef or roast beef sandwiches. None of it was marked as lunch, this was all on the dinner menu. Apparently nobody eats those for dinner.

Papa Joe's contacted me and gave me a $10 gift card. I consider the issue resolved.
